Product Parameters

 The Bimetal lug CASD series with two holes on the palm are suitable for transition connection of the circular aluminium wires,hemicycle-sector aluminium wires,power supply cables in the distribution equipment and copper terminals of the electrical equipment. They are made from Cu 99.9% purity and Al 99.5 purity. The technology of friction welded is wonderfully adopted.Therefore they have distinguishing features of strong weld intensity,good nature in electrification,resistant galvanic corrosion and long service life.
Feture:
 1.manufactured from pure electrolytic copper. Cu ≥99.9%.
2.copper lugs & cable terminals from 2.5 to 630 mm2 with different stud hole sizes as required.
3.lead free electro tin plated to prevent atmospheric corrosion.
4.cable lugs are fully annealed to guarantee optimum ductility.
5.incorporate inspection hole to check the correct cable positioning.
